Our Story
John Daly and Gary Leavy are the co-founders of Daleavy, a business built on a shared passion that began during their time in college. What started as a friendship quickly developed into a professional partnership, combining their skills in design, visualisation, and problem-solving. Together, they created Daleavy with a focus on delivering high-quality, realistic design solutions, driven by creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of client needs.
John Daly
John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology and has built his career working as a BIM Engineer with a Tier 1 contractor, gaining his experience on large-scale residential and commercial projects. This combination of academic design training and hands-on BIM delivery gives him a unique, well-rounded perspective on the construction process.
Working in BIM, John has developed strong expertise in model coordination, technical detailing, and managing information across multiple disciplines—ensuring projects are accurate, efficient, and buildable from the outset. His experience on live construction projects means he understands the realities of site delivery, not just design intent.
